http://orientation.sc.edu/images/red_arrow.gif When offered:                             On a fixed schedule contact AAMC for specific dates and to register for the test.  Not all test dates are available at every center (see below). 

http://orientation.sc.edu/images/red_arrow.gif Administration at USC:             January 25, April 18, May 27, July 17 (AM only), August 5, August 7, August 14 (AM only), August 20, August 26, September 3, September 12.  Additional dates may be added at the discretion of AAMC.  Other testing centers may offer additional days that our center does not provide.

http://orientation.sc.edu/images/red_arrow.gif Reschedule fee:                          $50 candidates must reschedule directly through AAMC.

http://orientation.sc.edu/images/red_arrow.gif Cancellation Refund:                $105 must be at least three (7) business days prior to test date (not including actual test date).  Candidates must cancel directly through AAMC.

http://orientation.sc.edu/images/red_arrow.gif ID requirements:                        Current signature bearing photo ID (e.g., driver's license) for US citizens; Current passport for non-US citizens (refer to 2008 MCAT Essentials Bulletin for more details)

http://orientation.sc.edu/images/red_arrow.gif Length:                                            The MCAT is scheduled to take 5.5 hours.

http://orientation.sc.edu/images/red_arrow.gif Scores:                                             Candidates will be able to access their MCAT scores via the AAMC website thirty (30) days after the test.  A printout with instructions for retrieving the score will be provided to candidates at the conclusion of testing.

http://orientation.sc.edu/images/red_arrow.gif Retesting:                                      Candidates may take the MCAT up to three (3) times per calendar year, but may be registered for only one MCAT exam at a time.
